Text
Copies of a statement or document filed
with the commissioner, and copies of any records of the commissioner,
certified to by the commissioner or a deputy are admissible in a
prosecution, an action, a suit, or a proceeding based on, or arising out
of or under, this article to the same extent that the original of the
statement, document, or record would be admissible if produced.
