Text
As used in this chapter, "commodity sales representative" means a person who:
(1)is acting for a commodity broker-dealer in executing or
attempting to execute a transaction in a commodity contract or a
commodity option; and
(2)is authorized to take those actions by the commodity
broker-dealer.
