Text
As used in this chapter, "board of trade" refers to a person or group of persons engaged in:
(1)buying or selling a commodity; or
(2)receiving a commodity for sale on consignment;
whether the person or group of persons is characterized as a board of
trade, an exchange, or any other type of marketplace.
