Text
(a)Prior to the execution of a continuing care
agreement, a provider shall deliver to the contracting party and the
prospective resident a copy of the initial disclosure statement and the
latest annual disclosure statement.
(b)After the execution of a continuing care agreement, a provider
shall provide, upon request, a copy of the initial disclosure statement
and the latest annual disclosure statement.
