§ 23-2-4-22 — Commissioner; powers; hearings and investigations
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 2 SECURITIES AND FRANCHISES·Ch. 4 Supervision of Continuing Care Contracts
The commissioner, or his designated representative, may:
(1)conduct under IC 4-21.5-3 hearings necessary to carry out this
chapter;
(2)hear evidence;
(3)conduct investigations to determine whether any person has
violated or is about to violate this chapter or a rule or order issued
under this chapter; and
(4)compel the production of any item relevant to an investigation
under this chapter.
