Text

Any offeror, before making a takeover offer, shall:

(1)file any required statements with the commissioner in compliance with sections 5 and 5.5 of this chapter; and
(2)not later than the filing date of the statements, deliver a copy of each statement to the president of the target company at its principal office. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.235, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.229-1989, SEC.2.
