Text
A registration by notification may be
renewed by submitting to the commissioner a registration renewal form
not later than the date the registration is due to expire. Registration of
the offer is renewed at the time the registration would have expired
unless the franchisor requests an earlier renewal date. A renewal is
effective for a period of one (1) year unless the commissioner specifies
a shorter period.
