§ 23-19-1-4 — Construction in relation to corporation
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 19 INDIANA UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT·Ch. 1 General Provisions
Nothing in this article shall be construed to
relieve corporations from making reports required by law to be made
to the secretary of state or any other state officer, or paying the fees to
be paid by corporations. This article shall not be construed to repeal
any law regulating the organization of corporations in this state, or the
admission of any foreign corporation, but the provisions of this article
shall be construed to be additional to any provisions regulating the
organization of a corporation under the laws of this state, or the
admission of a foreign corporation to do business in this state.
