Text
On application by or for a member, the circuit
or superior court of the county in which the limited liability company's
principal office, or if there is none in Indiana, in which the registered
office is located, may decree dissolution of the limited liability
company whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the
business in conformity with the articles of organization or operating
agreement.
