§ 23-18-1-14 — "Manager"

Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 18 LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES·Ch. 1 Definitions
"Manager" means, with respect to a limited liability company whose articles of organization provide for a manager, a person designated in accordance with the authority under IC 23-18-4-1(b).
