§ 23-17-30-2 — Religious doctrines; conflict with statutes

If religious doctrine or practice governing the
affairs of a religious corporation is inconsistent with this article, the
religious doctrine or practice control to the extent required by the
Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of
Indiana.
