Text
(a)A corporation may amend the
corporation's articles of incorporation to do any of the following:
(1)Add or change a provision that is required or permitted in the
articles.
(2)Delete a provision not required in the articles.
(b)Whether a provision is required or permitted in the articles must
be determined as of the effective date of the amendment.
