Text
(a)A board of directors must consist of at
least three (3) individuals, with the number specified in or fixed in
accordance with articles of incorporation or bylaws.
(b)The number of directors may be increased or decreased, but to
not less than three (3), by an amendment to or in a manner prescribed
in articles of incorporation or bylaws.
