Text
On application by or for a partner, the circuit
or superior court of the county in which the office of the limited
partnership referred to in IC 23-0.5-4 is located may decree dissolution
of a limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to
carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement. If
the office referred to in IC 23-0.5-4 is not within Indiana, the
application may be made to the circuit or superior court of the county
in which the registered agent referred to in IC 23-0.5-4 is located.
