§ 23-16-3-10 — Delivery of certificates to limited partners
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 16 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS·Ch. 3 Formation and Certificate of Limited Partnership
The general partners shall promptly deliver
or mail a copy of the certificate of limited partnership filed with the
secretary of state under section 7 of this chapter to each limited partner,
unless the partnership agreement provides otherwise.
