§ 23-16-1-7 — General partner

Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 16 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS·Ch. 1 Definitions
"General partner" means a person who has been admitted to a limited partnership or a foreign limited partnership as a general partner in accordance with the partnership agreement and is named in the certificate of limited partnership or similar instrument under which the limited partnership is organized, if so required.
