§ 23-15-12-6 — Notification of violations

If the department of agriculture determines
through a review of a filing received under section 5 of this chapter that
a business entity has violated section 3 of this chapter, the department
of agriculture shall notify the secretary of state and the department of
state revenue of the violation.
