§ 23-14-73-1 — "Member of the armed forces"
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 73 Grave Markers of Deceased Soldiers
As used in this chapter, "member of the armed forces" means an individual who served on active duty in the:
(1)United States Army;
(2)United States Navy;
(3)United States Air Force;
(4)United States Marine Corps;
(5)United States Space Force; or
(6)United States Coast Guard.
