§ 23-14-71-4 — Powers of trustees of association
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 71 Union Chapel Cemetery Association
The trustees of the association:
(1)have full and complete charge, care, and supervision of the
cemetery; and
(2)may care for, supervise, and beautify the cemetery in the same
manner and with the same powers provided by law for public
cemeteries.
