§ 23-14-65-1 — "Cemetery board" defined
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 65 City and Town Cemeteries
As used in this chapter, "cemetery board" means:
(1)the board to which the power to govern cemeteries is
transferred under this chapter; or
(2)if the power to govern cemeteries is not transferred under this
chapter, the legislative body of a municipality.
