§ 23-14-47-2 — Duties of owner
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 47 Use, Sale, and Installation of Monuments and Other
A cemetery owner shall not prevent the use
of or installation in the cemetery of any commodity purchased from any
source if the commodity meets the rules and regulations established
under section 1 of this chapter.
