§ 23-14-41-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 41 Family Burial Lots
This chapter applies to all burial rights in:
(1)cemeteries organized or created after June 14, 1939; and
(2)cemeteries that:
(A)were in existence on June 14, 1939; and
(B)do not have a rule or regulation in conflict with this chapter.
