§ 23-14-33-7 — "Cemetery"
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 33 Application and Definitions of Cemetery Law
"Cemetery" means any land or structure in Indiana that is:
(1)dedicated to; and
(2)used for, or intended to be used for;
the interment, entombment, or inurnment of human remains.
