§ 23-14-33-6 — "Burial right"
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 14 CEMETERY ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 33 Application and Definitions of Cemetery Law
"Burial right" means a right of interment,
entombment, or inurnment granted by the owner of a cemetery and
unless otherwise stated in the deed, certificate, or license given by the
owner of the cemetery, is an easement for the specific purpose of
burial.
