§ 23-14-31-53 — Injunction actions
If a crematory authority:
(1)refuses to file or neglects to file an annual report under section
24 of this chapter;
(2)fails to comply with the registration requirements under
section 22 of this chapter; or
(3)refuses to comply with the record inspection requirements
under section 25 of this chapter;
the board may maintain an action in the name of the state of Indiana to
enjoin the crematory authority from performing cremations.
