§ 23-14-31-47 — Liability for cremation designated by authorization
A crematory authority that has received an
executed cremation authorization form and any additional
documentation required under section 27 of this chapter is not liable for
civil damages arising from the cremation of the human remains
designated by the cremation authorization form if the cremation is
performed in accordance with this chapter.
