Text
Any university, college or other institution of
learning heretofore organized and now existing under special
enactments of the general assembly of the state of Indiana, constituting
the charter of the institution, or which now is or hereafter may be
organized under the general laws of the state of Indiana, may provide
that the board of directors, trustees or other governing or administrative
body thereof may from time to time be elected by such board of
directors instead of by stockholders or otherwise.
