§ 23-13-19-2 — Board of trustees; members; elections; alumni trustees

The board of trustees of Wabash College shall
consist of twenty-one (21) members, one (1) of whom shall be the
president of the college, and whose term of office as trustee shall be of
equal duration with his incumbency of the presidency of the college.
The other twenty (20) members shall be elected for a term of four (4)
years, in classes of five (5) each year, as the successors of the trustees
whose terms of office will expire in that year. A trustee may succeed
himself in office. All of such elections shall be by a majority vote of the
trustees in office present and voting at the election meeting. However,
two (2) trustees in each even-numbered year and one (1) trustee in each
odd-numbered year shall be chosen by the alumni of the college by the
process provided in section 3 of this cha
