§ 23-13-11-3 — Recording resolution causing change of name
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 13 EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 11 Merger, Consolidation, and Use of Assumed Common
It shall be the duty of such boards of trustees
to cause a copy of the resolutions changing their name and
consolidating their property, as above prescribed, to be recorded in the
office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which such high
school, academy, college or university may be located, and a duplicate
thereof with the secretary of state.
