§ 23-13-10-2 — Addition or reduction in number of trustees

Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 13 EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 10 Alumni Trustees
Any existing board of trustees of any such institution, university or college may add to or diminish the number of trustees thereof: Provided, The minimum number of such trustees shall be seven (7) and the maximum number twenty-five (25), said reduction or addition to be determined by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the trustees. Formerly: Acts 1897, c.125, s.2.
