Text
Any existing board of trustees of any such
institution, university or college may add to or diminish the number of
trustees thereof: Provided, The minimum number of such trustees shall
be seven (7) and the maximum number twenty-five (25), said reduction
or addition to be determined by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the trustees.
