§ 23-10-2-5 — Certificate; conclusive and presumptive evidence

As between such society, the trustees thereof,
and all other persons claiming under them, and any person granting real
estate thereto, and all persons claiming under him, such certificate shall
be conclusive evidence of the matters and things therein recited; and
as between such society, the trustees thereof, and all persons claiming
under them, and all other persons, it shall be presumptive evidence of
such matters.
