§ 23-10-2-20 — Designated burial lots

In all cases where the donors or donees of
any public burying ground shall lay the same off into lots, plainly
designated by corner stones or posts, and record a plat thereof in the
recorder's office, then persons interring in said burying place shall bury
within the lots so designated, and not out of them.
