Text

The acceptance becomes effective upon issuance of a certificate of acceptance by the secretary of state. The corporation is entitled to all rights and privileges and is subject to all penalties, liabilities, and restrictions provided by this article granted to or imposed upon corporations organized under this article. The articles of incorporation shall be considered to be amended to the extent, if any, that any provision or provisions of the articles are restated in the articles of acceptance.
