Text
"Conspicuous" means written so that a reasonable person against whom the writing is to operate should have noticed it. "Conspicuous" includes the following:
(1)Printing in italics or boldface or contrasting color.
(2)Typing in capitals or underlined.
(3)Placement of text in a separate or otherwise noticeable
location.
