§ 23-1-20-2 — "Articles of incorporation"
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 1 INDIANA BUSINESS CORPORATION LAW·Ch. 20 General Definitions
"Articles of incorporation" means the original
articles of incorporation and all amendments and restatements of the
articles of incorporation. If an amendment of the articles of
incorporation or any other document filed under this article restates the
articles of incorporation in their entirety, the articles of incorporation
may not include any prior documents.
