Text
"Organic law" refers to the following:
(1)The law of an entity's jurisdiction of formation governing the
internal affairs of the entity.
(2)IC 23-1-40 for a domestic business corporation engaged in a
transaction under this article.
(3)IC 23-17-19 for a domestic nonprofit corporation engaged in
a transaction under this article.
