Text

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed record:

(1)One dollar ($1) per page for copying.
(2)Fifteen dollars ($15) for certification. The fees imposed under this section do not apply to any copies or certifications that are processed on the secretary of state's Internet web site.
