Text
(a)The secretary of state shall collect the
following fees for filing an application for assumed business name
electronically:
(1)In the case of a for-profit entity, twenty dollars ($20)
multiplied by the number of assumed business names stated in the
application.
(2)In the case of a nonprofit corporation, ten dollars ($10)
multiplied by the number of assumed business names stated in the
application.
(b)The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing
an application for assumed business name in a manner other than
electronically:
(1)In the case of a for-profit entity, thirty dollars ($30) multiplied
by the number of assumed business names stated in the
application.
(2)In the case of a nonprofit corporation, twenty-six dollars ($26)
multiplied by the number of assume
