(a)The secretary of state shall collect the
following fees for filing a foreign registration statement electronically:
(1)Seventy-five dollars ($75) for a for-profit entity.
(2)Twenty dollars ($20) for a nonprofit corporation.
(b)The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing
a foreign registration statement in a manner other than electronically:
(1)One hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for a for-profit entity.
(2)Seventy-five dollars ($75) for a nonprofit corporation.
