Text
A registered foreign entity shall deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:
(1)the name of the entity;
(2)the entity's jurisdiction of formation;
(3)an address required by section 3(5) of this chapter; or
(4)the information required by IC 23-0.5-4-3(b).
