Text
(a)The following entities shall designate and
maintain a registered agent in this state:
(1)A domestic filing entity.
(2)A registered foreign entity.
(3)An agricultural cooperative formed under IC 15-12.
(4)A business trust formed under IC 23-5-1.
(b)An eligible entity (as defined by IC 28-1-22-1.5(a)) may file a
notice concerning the eligible entity's:
(1)registered office; and
(2)registered agent.
