Effective 1-1-2026. Sec. 3.
(a)If a person lists the address of a CMRA
in any filing with the secretary of state's office the person must provide:
(1)an electronic mail address at which the person may be
contacted; and
(2)customer information, including names, addresses, and
contact information, to the secretary of state's office.
(b)The information provided to the secretary of state's office under
subsection (a)(2) shall not be a part of the public record.
