(a)The treasurer of state shall adopt rules
under IC 4-22-2 necessary to administer this article.
(b)The state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish a
procedure to establish an Indiana education scholarship account
education service plan for an eligible student.
(c)The department of education and the commission for higher
education may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to administer the
CSA program under this article.
