5.
(a)Beginning with career scholarship
students who participate in the CSA program in the 2023-2024 school
year and not later than January 1, 2028, the department, in
collaboration with the management performance hub established by IC 4-3-26-8, shall report on the department's website the median earned
income of each cohort of career scholarship students of a particular
school year.
(b)The median earned income for a particular cohort of career
scholarship students shall be available on the department's website for
a period of ten (10) years beginning with the school year in which the
median earned income for a particular cohort is initially reported in this
section.
(c)The department may not disclose any personal, identifiable
information of any individual under this section.
