Note: This version of section effective until 7-1-2026. See also following version of this section, effective 7-1-2026. Sec. 2. To become a CSA participating entity, an individual or entity described in section 1 of this chapter must:

(1)submit an application to the commission for higher education in a manner prescribed by the commission for higher education;
(2)offer a sequence, course, apprenticeship, or program of study designated and approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6(a) for enrollment by career scholarship students; and
(3)meet any other requirements established by the commission for higher education.
