Text
(a)This chapter does not prohibit a parent
of a career scholarship student or an emancipated career scholarship
student from making a payment for any CSA qualified expense from a
source other than the career scholarship student's CSA account.
(b)The parent of a career scholarship student or an emancipated
career scholarship student is responsible for the payment of any tuition
or required fees for a sequence, course, apprenticeship, or program of
study designated and approved under section 6(a) of this chapter that
is not paid from the career scholarship student's CSA account.
