(a)An agreement entered into under section 1 of this chapter terminates automatically for a career scholarship student if:
(1)the career scholarship student no longer resides in Indiana while the career scholarship student is eligible to receive grants under section 3 of this chapter; or
(2)the CSA account is not renewed within three hundred ninety-five (395) days after the date the CSA account was either established or last renewed. If a CSA account is terminated under this section, money in the career scholarship student's CSA account, including any interest accrued, reverts to the state general fund.
