§ 20-50-3-3 — "School of origin"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 50 HOMELESS CHILDREN AND FOSTER CARE·Ch. 3 Transportation of Students in Foster Care
As used in this chapter, "school of origin" means the school:
(1)that a student in foster care attended when the student last had
a permanent residence; or
(2)in which a student in foster care was last enrolled.
