§ 20-50-1-4 — Identification of local liaisons
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 50 HOMELESS CHILDREN AND FOSTER CARE·Ch. 1 School Corporation Liaison for Homeless Children
Each school corporation shall report to the
department, by August 1 of each year, the name and contact
information of the school corporation's liaison for homeless children.
The department shall post a list of local liaisons on its Internet web site,
updated annually.
