§ 20-50-1-1 — "Homeless children and youths"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 50 HOMELESS CHILDREN AND FOSTER CARE·Ch. 1 School Corporation Liaison for Homeless Children
(a)As used in this chapter, "homeless children
and youths" has the meaning set forth in 42 U.S.C. 11434a.
(b)As used in this chapter, "McKinney-Vento Act" refers to the
McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Improvements Act
(42 U.S.C. 11431 et seq.).
(c)As used in this chapter, "school corporation" has the same
meaning as set forth in IC 20-18-2-16(c).
